Let me start out by saying Marcus and Cinda are amazing. I have been coming here for years and years. It’s a quiet getaway for me for an hour to an hour and a half. I have to say that this place has completely gone downhill badly. Needs a complete overhaul of management. Service is fine but the food is absolutely terrible. I Like to eat naked tenders , because I like lean protein. The last at least 5 to ten times I’ve ordered them maybe 1 was edible. I addressed this and received this reply, not from manager himself, but told server to tell me “ I will take it off the bill or replace this one time, in the future tell her not to order them anymore, they are no good”. Ok well, take them off the menu then. I am here right now, thought I would try one last time thinking maybe they wouldn’t be tiny and overcooked. They were just that once again. I asked the bartender don’t know her) “ these are the tenders?” She looked at me and just said “ yes” with an attitude. Look people, it’s insulting to bring this junk out to someone. The price of these things are too high for such a nasty product. Do better and start listening to your patrons. If this is what your handing people take them off the menu rather than robbing people.

Really Nice place they wasn’t super busy servers was really slow one refill for whole dinner. Won’t be going back.

15 wings, 3 different sauces, my son and I enjoyed them all. Love the wild

I am not usually one to complain. My boyfriend and I are avid Thursday bogo night/ trivia goers but bw3s has been slacking!!! I was served these onion rings with my food, not earlier as one would have thought an app would have been but I’m nice so I let that slide, but bw3s has been getting on my nerve with the disappointment and cold food and bad service). This app along with our wings was cold as they have been the past few times coming here). And I am just outraged that they served us 5 cold onion rings and had the never to charge us $6.49, over $1 for a sad ring. Can’t even blame them, it’s my fault to keep coming back and expecting it to be different. Oh bw3s where or where did it go wrong.

My partner loves this place, I like their lunch prices?. I find their chicken wings dry and honestly not very special, like their menu. Also, everytime I go (besides the last time) the waitress/waiters do not refill your drinks... Gets a 3 star for my partnerVegetarian options: I saw in their menu they have a black bean burger
