Di Carlo's Pizza - Hilliard

Just like it should be.. Our family eats here at least twice a month since it opens and has been bred every visit. The staff was always very polite and attentive. My wife and son are now cards carrying converters. Neither have ever lived in The Valley, but you know good food when they taste it and this is their favorite pizza from all! The consistency of her pizza at this point is what I came to know, expect and love about growing up in Ohio Valley and eat this kind of pizza that is unique in the area. It has a very light airy crust, a simple fresh tasting sauce, mild cheese (generally provolone) and spicy paprika, both added on the afterbaking. Think outside the standard circle/pee forms, open mind and palate, you will not be disappointed.

Amazing! Just like at home!. Do not be fooled by some reviews... the cheese is added to SUPPOSED after the pizza is cooked. It's the Ohio Valley type of pizza and it's great!

I'm from the Ohio Valley, where square pizza shops exceed churches and gas stations. Needless to say this place rocks, the pizza and the staff is friendly. Do not let her age fool, the can sling a bit za! I had my hands full with my daughter and they wore my pizza and pop for me. Good people, I'm sure I'm back.

Your pizza is kind. The crust is homemade and the cheese is always fresh. But the best part of the pizza is the cold cheese upstairs. It makes you need to eat the pizza in the car before you go home or take and bake to try to restore a similar scenario at home. This no Frills Pizza shop is a clamp to my week!

Grown up eating this pizza from Steubenville area for 40+ years and so geeked to see it in Central Ohio. This is pizza at its finest! Great crust that is just the right thickness with crisp crunch. The sauce and pepperoni are great, but the sprinkle of cheese topping it off in the box makes this pizza just amazing.
