Local Cantina Hilliard

It was our first time visiting this restaurant, and overall, it was a pretty good experience. We've been trying to dine here for years, but each time we came, there was a long line out the door, they were closed, or some other unexpected issue. The staff was friendly and kept our drinks topped off. I ordered the bark chimichanga, and while it was tasty, I wish there had been more meat and fewer roasted beans. I'd definitely consider coming back, but maybe I'd tweak my order. My wife had two tacos, and she enjoyed both of them. We will definitely return!

$2 taco Tuesday is a fantastic big thing. conveniently located at the end of the heritage bike trail, after a 12-mile bike tour makes a great lunch.

The food was excellent, but the service left much to be desired. We never received a refill on our drinks, and it took an incredibly long time to get our bill. It also took an unreasonably long time for the waitress to return my debit card. I will likely visit again, but I plan to discuss these issues with management.

This restaurant offers a lively and enjoyable atmosphere, complete with a lovely patio featuring garage doors that let you savor a pleasant evening. As expected, they provide unlimited chips and salsa. The menu is uniquely diverse, and the food is usually well-prepared. However, the service can be a bit of a challenge. During our visit with a group of four between 7:30 and 9:30 PM, the restaurant was only about three-quarters full. While the table service was friendly and made efforts to be prompt, there were noticeable issues with the preparation and delivery of food and drinks. It's hard to pinpoint where the breakdown occurs, but it is definitely present. If they can improve the coordination in the kitchen, most of the problems would likely resolve.
