Roosters - Hilliard

One of my favorite spots in Columbus for wings. The boneless wings are incredibly meaty.

I had the rooster's nest with wedges and fried mushrooms, along with draft beer during happy hour.

My recent visit to Roosters Hilliard was disappointing and didn’t meet my expectations. I had the person who took my order repeat it back to me twice, yet when I arrived to pick it up, my order was wrong. I had simply ordered a salad topped with buffalo cauliflower and blue cheese. While the salad itself was fine, the cauliflower was missing the buffalo sauce I had requested. They took it back to the kitchen, but I was uncomfortable with the idea of my food being handled again. They assured me that my order was remade, but when it was brought out, it looked like the exact same dish that had been returned. I pointed this out to the server, but she insisted it was correct, even though it was obvious that the buffalo sauce was still absent. Not wanting to argue further, I accepted the food and left. I’m not likely to return anytime soon. A word of advice: always check your order before leaving, and go straight to a manager if there are issues—it’s better than relying on someone else to get it right.

What an amazing restaurant run by truly wonderful people! I’ve been a fan of Roosters for most of my life, and during a recent visit, their exceptional service once again confirmed why it's a great place to dine. We brought the entire family to the Hilliard location, and even when an unusual situation arose, the staff went above and beyond to assist us, which we really appreciated. The food and service are consistently top-notch, and the restaurant is always clean. A big thank you to Lauren and all the management who helped my mother out. We appreciate you and can't wait to visit again soon!
