Subway - Hilliard

This is how a subway should operate! It's clean, fresh, and the staff are incredibly friendly! I will definitely be returning to this location!

I haven't encountered such friendly staff at a fast food restaurant in years. The place is clean, well-stocked, and has a spacious interior.

The staff is fantastic—quick and efficient! I visited around 5:30 in the morning for a quick dinner and found about ten other people with the same idea. Though there were only two employees on duty—a woman preparing the sandwiches and a young man finishing up orders—they worked exceptionally well together. I have to admit, I noticed his calves when he turned around to dispose of his gloves. Seriously, save those workouts for the gym! And thank you for the friendly smile! (He was really nice, though I’m definitely too old to be flirting.) The two team members were professional and got the job done smoothly. The sub I had was also delicious, just as I expected. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, allowing everyone the freedom to wear whatever they like—shorts, casual clothing, and masks if they choose. I highly recommend trying the meatballs and enjoying the atmosphere!

Sadly, my parents were in a car accident right outside the restaurant and had to wait for everything to be resolved in the subway. While they dealt with the insurance and awaited a tow truck, one employee—a tall, slender man wearing a red OSU beanie—was incredibly kind and helpful to us. If there’s any way to reward him, such as a raise, I would really appreciate it. He provided so much support during that difficult time, and I hope to find a way to repay his kindness.

I order from this place once or twice a week. The food is consistently good, and the staff is friendly.
