Taco Bell - Hilliard

I absolutely hate this taco bell, they always ALWAYS forget something. Sauces, a drink, an entire meal. They never fail to remind me why i hate going here.

Went at 6:30 and got mushy broken taco shells with meat, a pool of grease, and nothing else. No lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream. I filed a complaint with corporate and threw everything in the trash. Food from this place is just embarrassing.

They can never get our order correct. There's always at least one item missing. The items I do get are typically cold or shoddily put together.

This place rarely messes up orders and 95% of the time the friendliness of the staff is great! My preferred taco bell hands down!

Folks go here expecting 5-star restaurant service and you're in a taco bell drive-thru. Be real folks, these are people trying to put in their shift and go home. I've always had pretty good service. The cemetery rd location is a bit pricier than the HRR location fyi. Great breakfast and convenient location near Leap, though! Happy with my experiences at this one the last few years.
