I went to order a chocolate Frappuccino but it took over half an hour. When I went to order a coffee again, it only took less than 1 minute. It appears that they are not willing to spend extra time on making more complex orders.

I recently dined at this restaurant and had a fantastic experience. The meal type was something other than the usual, and the price per person was between £20-30. The food was exceptional, receiving a rating of 5, as was the service and atmosphere. I highly recommend trying the Ruby Hot Chocolate along with the Toasted Cheese and Ham and Swiss Panini - they were both delicious.
