Lock Quay Bar/ Restaurant - Hillingdon

The castle kai is a beautiful restaurant so they never know it was there. beautiful selection of foods it looks very christmas at the moment. I've been in a good mood, but I've been to lunch.

Absolutely no complain about eating, we all had a roast that was hot, filled and delicious. the personal did not enter our e-mail booking through opentable in the reservation book and therefore we had to change from table time to 1 hour 15 minutes so that all four of us have dinner and have changed our table to others who change table numbers all the time, also asked us for our bar table, where we waited for our business, so others could sit, many others trained under breaks. summing, great eating, beautiful outsight, even if it rained, rather cold, although inside was cool (bring a scare) nothing personal, but I think the personal could do with the work on their human skills. we hope when we visit again (this was our 3rd high season) it is a much more pleasant experience.

We have booked this place to have a meal before we go to our airport hotel. the lady who served us was beautiful and the good was really good. it was dark and wet when you went, but can picture in the sun it would be amazing

Came for a lunch with my grandmother for a first time visit for both of us. our waitress was fantastic, friendly and attentive. A pity that she was as clear as very stretched layer for herself, but we could see that she did her best and had a wonderful lunch. we will be back with the rest of the family!

Everything was great food and the team were very friendly
