Manor Pizza - Hillingdon

Great value pizza. Ordered a giant (18 through Just Eat. Arrived within 30mins. Tasty and quick. No complaints and will def order again. So much better than the overpriced high st chains.

Ordered through Uber Eats after years of ordering and recommending this place. Was looking forward to our usual great service. 45 minutes after placing our order we get a missed Call from the restaurant and try to call back, with no luck. We then have our order cancelled. Apparently this is due to a courier issue. Living only a 10 minute walk from the establishment in question , we decided to head down ourselves and pick up the order. If it’s a recent courier issue, surely we can just grab it and pay ourselves. As soon as we walked in and said we were the cancelled Uber order they literally named us. Apparently it wasn’t a courier issue… they had run out of dough… 45 minutes ago!!! They then tried to outright lie to us and say that they had tried to call us multiple times. When faced with my actual call log that showed one call after 40 mins, they said that they’d had to cancel multiple orders and that if we wanted Pizza on a Friday night, we should have pre-ordered in the morning like other people had! Funny that after cancelling SO many orders they still instantly knew me by name. They ended by saying that they’d literally stopped picking up the phone. A delivery place… out of dough… and no longer answering the phone! All in all they were abrasive, rude, dismissive and quite frankly… unpleasant! Sadly we won’t be ordering from them again.

Ordered a small pizza only to wait an hour for it to have still not been delivered I only live down the road from manor pizza. I called to cancel my order and before I could finish my sentence I was told ‘the driver had already left’ and then had the phone put down on me. After calling back multiple times and have no answer, the driver still has not delivered the food. Appalling service

Kids fancied a pizza and manor pizza looked good. Our pizzas were perfectly cooked and tasted fabulous.

Firstly I would like to note that this place is extremely cheap for what you are getting. I ordered an 18” meat feast pizza for only £10! The slices are cut evenly and all pizzas come with garlic and herb dip without you having to pay. The pizza is well cooked and not greasy it’s extremely filling and you could get the 18” between 3/4 people. I also ordered there barbecue chicken wings. These where properly cooked and tasted delicious. The flavour was also fantastic. Although they could have had some more barbecue flavouring. The chicken nuggets where nice, super market quality, but that’s not good enough. The garlic bread was fantastic and cooked to perfection! They usually deliver between 30 40 minutes which could be shorter, but for the distance away is decent enough. Pro tip order over the phone, not in Uber eats. It’s rumoured you get better quality
