Papa John's - Hillingdon

My wife and I went to Hayes high street and we where hungry so headed to our favourite restaurant nearby. Unfortunately it was closed but blessings in disguise found this Papa John’s next to the restaurant. Initially was worried about the price as they are usually expensive but the receptionist/Chef Mr Sajid welcomed us with smile and said the offers available. We where impressed with the £5 deal 6” Pizza Drink. We ordered one Veg and one chicken pizza. Sajid prepared fresh pizza in front of us and my wife enjoyed watching how he made the pizza as if she wanna try at home something similar Pizza was hot and awesome. We both enjoyed eating it fresh and filled our stomach on time. It made our day and will go back again for sure. Highly recommend to all pizza lovers and much better than those fast foods in the area.

(Hope we got his name spelt righ@ We had a few issues on our previous order, but Manvir rectified everything on our next order, at the time we placed an order on a busy Friday night the phones were ringing off the hook but yet he still maintained the most professionalism in Customer service we have experienced. He was polite courteous, and even said he would make sure the order was correct this time! He remained calm and professional at all times. He is a credit to Papa John's Hayes Town! Do not lose him. My delivery order arrived fresh, hot,and exactly what we wanted, not to mention it was cooked with perfection too(kudos to the chef) Thankyou Manvir! You are a star! Note to Management: Please pass on this review to Manvir he truly deserves praises for all the hard work he does, a very exceptional young man who will go far also the delivery driver who was polite and courteous and got our pizzas hot and fresh and on time thankyou! Tasty pizza! Staff are a bit miserable need to cheer up! They have very good offers, buy one get one free.

Such rude customer service and had to wait an hour for our food and when rang up to enquire about it they were so rude and put the phone down half way through the conversation and when phoned back another man apologised and didnt agree about what had happened. But you dont want to have customer service like this
