Remo's Village - Hillingdon

We made a reservation for a table for three at 6pm today. However, at 5:30pm, they called to cancel our reservation while we were on our way to the restaurant. The person on the phone was incredibly rude.

An absolute nightmare of a place completely disorganised and fell well below expectations. Management do not care about customer service and will happily argue to cover their sloppy service. Will deffinatly NOT recommend to friends/family. Food was at best tasteless and bland!!

We celebrated my son's baptism at Remo's on Sunday as a private function and everything was perfect. We had approximately 40 guests which was a perfect number for the size of the restaurant. The staff were very friendly helpful and Carima was so accommodating from our first meeting. The food was delicious and the portions were perfect. We had a set menu but offered our guests a choice of 3 different mains with some slight alterations here and there but nothing was a problem. I would like to thank everyone at Remo's for making my son's special day so perfect.

A really nice restaurant, serving quality food wine. It was packed...so always a goid sign. We shall definitely go back.

The food, service, and cocktails at this restaurant are top-notch. It never disappoints us, and our entire family enjoys dining here and eagerly anticipates the experience.
