Contribuisci feedbackThe staff at this restaurant are always polite, courteous, and very efficient. They are always ready to help if needed. The food is of good quality and always served hot, never warm. The kitchen staff also deserves top marks. The manager has a dedicated team and is a hard worker, dedicated to both the staff and customers at all times.
Absolutely awful staff. My friend asked a staff member called Brian what certain drinks were but he didnt have a clue. He got rude to her and then was verbally aggressive. He was condescending and vitriolic. It is disgusting the way she was spoken to and I shall ensure I spread the word for people to avoid this place. Steve the manager is really out of his depth. Barrel be ing scraped forworkers it seems. We would like an apology
Myself and my partner had a all day breakfast on Sunday 26/02/2023 which was excellent. We visited again today 27/02/2020. Had the all day breakfast today around 12.30. When it arrived we realised the bacon was cold. We took both meals back. Asking for hot bacon This time. We complained to a manager. About the first 2 breakfasts that the bacon was cold. My partner asked for a part refund. Which was refused as I We had eaten all of the third one. I run the staff restaurant at legoland. I was cooking for over 1000 thoundsand staff. If I had a complaint. Gave them a replacement plus a refund. Tina chapman
Once again, as a non-local, I felt intentionally ignored by the bar staff when trying to place an order for food. It seems that the staff have a consistent attitude of prioritizing locals, leaving non-locals waiting longer. On this particular occasion, a group of guys approached the bar, with one of them having a large order on his phone. However, they kindly noticed that I had been waiting to order for quite some time, and offered for me to go ahead of them. Despite this, the female blonde bar manager insisted on taking their order first, deliberately choosing to continue ignoring me. After waiting for a total of 20 minutes, I eventually decided to leave. The bar manager had a scowling expression and seemed uninterested in serving me or anyone else. I have never seen her smile. This is not the first time I have experienced being ignored in favor of locals at this particular Wetherspoons location. In my opinion, Wetherspoons should consider shutting down this pub and replacing the staff, especially the woman in charge. Hopefully, with the current crisis, this change will happen. The Hayes community would be better off without this establishment.
Sunday evening visit during a weekend away. Ordered the steak and chips. Arrived quickly, the food was really hot delicious.
