The restaurant is huge and heated with a few huge wood stoves, so it has this delicious smokey oak smell. Good menu selection, some vegan options. Sweet estate to talk with beautiful natural landscapes. You have a separate shed (bar), where you can get drinks and cigars to smoke outside from the fireplace. Huge parking with many cameras. Very recommended if you are in the area.
Nice attitude! The sweet potato salad was very disappointing. Since I knew it has very few pieces of sweet potato I ordered extra. All extra was hard and uncooked. I don't care about the staff.
One of my favorite McMenamins properties. Multiple bars and walking paths. An awesome little bar in a shed with a patio outside, where you can purchase drinks and a cigar to smoke. The restaurant itself was a great atmosphere as well...nice cabin feel, top notch service and food quality
A great spacious local spot to get some good drinks and snacks. It's been awhile since I came here, but wanted to check out the White Shed. It's a little shed that has a great selection of bourbons. You can also order food and eat it next to the fire pit. The tots are always good and generous in portion. The pizza was pretty good, especially when you are sitting outside next to the fire. The bartender was great and friendly. She made sure we got everything we needed.
What an interesting restaurant. It was in a tiny forest and lights were hanging down the trees. Fire pits were nice and service was great as well. The food was not tasty at all. The tuna sandwich lacked flavor. French fries were like carton. Caesar salad had way to much dressing and it tasted weird. Fried fish was not great either. You pay for the ambience I guess?
