The customer service at this café is outstanding. The baristas take the time to engage in conversation while preparing your drinks, which adds a nice personal touch. However, you should be ready to pay about three times more than what you would at Starbucks, and don’t forget to tip—tip amounts typically range from 30% to 60% here. For instance, I ordered a 16-ounce hot chocolate (the only size they have) which cost $5.50, and I added a $3 tip, making it significantly pricier than a similar drink at Starbucks. Despite the higher costs, the exceptional customer service really makes it worthwhile. The baristas genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs and always greet customers with a smile. While I’m trying to stick to a budget and won’t be visiting every day, I definitely feel like it's a special treat when I do.

The atmosphere is charming, featuring wonderful staff, excellent coffee, refreshing Red Bull drinks, and delicious breakfast sandwiches. Prices are reasonable, and the conversations are delightful.
