Good coffee but poor customer service. The lady at the drive through was really unfriendly and rude.

Terrible customer service. The woman working at the drive through kept all the cars waiting so she could talk to her friends. Too and because I love Dutch — just won’t go back to this particular location

Red head girl talks way too much. Was in line for 15 minutes just watching her talk and talk

I go here often at least 3 times a week and usually they are great but the last month or 2 has been awful. My drink is right about 50% of the time and I usually have to wait 10—15 mins for it and they have even forgotten my drink several times. I am not sure what changed but I won't be going for a while. Employees are too busy socializing with each other.
