Insomnia Coffee Co Baseline - Hillsboro

I love stopping in here when passing through. The baristas are friendly and fun. Great coffee too :

You'll pay a bit more for coffee here vs other places, but the coffee here is always better. The vibe is awesomely Portlandia in Hillsboro. Their quiche used to be incredible, but they changed the recipe in the last few months and, frankly, it's not nearly as good. Their hand pie is certainly worth trying.

A cozy place to hang caffinate. A good place for early birds. The owners take pride in their business and it’s a cool place to hang out. Much cooler than Starbucks.

A is for Awesome just like the service we received. A is for Amazing like the coffee we drank and A is for Accommodating like the seating area we sat in. This place gets all A's across the board.

This is a very quiet and chill coffee shop. If you need to get work or school work done this place is great! It's very cozy and cute inside.
