Jersey Mike's Subs - Hillsboro

The sandwiches here are fantastic, and I absolutely love their rolls. They used to have the best meatball subs I've ever had, but sadly, they don't offer them anymore. It's a real disappointment!

Are you ready to fork over a small fortune for a mouthwatering sandwich and soda? If that’s the case, you won’t be let down! The customer service here is top-notch! There's often a guy, humorously named Mike, who crafts your sandwiches with such intensity that it feels like it’s a matter of life and death for him. I truly admire his dedication and work ethic. This guy definitely deserves a raise!

I had an exceptional experience with the customer service! I ordered two cheese steaks to take home, but when I got there, I discovered that one had onions and peppers, even though I had requested it to be plain with just cheese and steak. I called the manager, Tommy, to explain the situation, and he was incredibly kind. He offered to replace the sandwich for free. It's rare to encounter such outstanding customer service nowadays. I will absolutely be coming back soon for the delicious cheese steaks and the friendly service!

Had a great experience here. First time I've even been in a Jersey Mike's. Love that they cut the meats as they prepare the sandwich. Friendly staff. Will definitely go back.

We ordered online for pickup, the app said 5- 15 minutes. We went to pick up the sandwiches, and they were not ready and there were several people waiting. It ended up being almost 40 minutes to get our order. Throughout, the Jersey Mike's staff was working hard and fast, and they were all polite and as helpful as they could be to customers. Thank you for your hard work and great service.
