Lakeside Grill - Hillsboro

We have gone back we have tried and tried to give this place a shot, but the service is terrible the food is lacking and it's not very clean. We hope that this restaurant is replaced with something else that's better and more suited to the environment.

On Saturday, my husband and I had our reception at the country club. This place goes above and beyond. One thing that definitely amazed us was the manager, Shelly. What an amazing woman! She goes out of her way to make sure that her customers are happy. And the two ladies that were bartending were incredible as well. We received compliments all night on the venue we picked. Everything was perfect on one of the most important days of our lives. I would recommend this place to ANYONE. The outdoor patio is definitely an added bonus and went over very well for all of our guest. And let me tell you, there are so many photo ops with the location, overlooking the lake with a gorgeous view out back. We literally couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue. If you are ever contemplating giving this place a try, it is highly recommended. We will be regulars for the rest of our lives after our experience here. It's a shame I'm only allowed to rate this with five stars.

Beautiful location for a graduation party for our twins! Shelly and her staff did a remarkable job with the catering. The food was plentiful and excellent (as always)! I would highly recommend Lakeside Bar and Grill to anyone hosting a party!!!

I would not recommend this place. Spinach salad tasted like fish. Griiled Ham and Cheese on huge Texas toast mediocre at best. Too much bread. Sprite Zero was flat. My coworker had a Southwest salad that was dressed with sweet dressing not Southwest. A few tortilla strips, a little corn and black beans . we waited at least 40 minutes for food.

Had prime rib and crab legs New Year's Eve. Wonderful meal as always. You could cut the prime rib with a fork and service was friendly as usual. Cold beer too!
