Ninja Ramen - Hillsboro

Ordered online for curbside delivery and we waited 30min till we had to go inside to pick it up. If there's a staff shortage then a sign would be nice.

Food was good, service was very fast and friendly. Definitely a nice little ramen shop

Great ramen. Karage Chicken is great. The Tan Tan is creamy and delicious too.

Great and friendly service. The food left a little to be desired. The calamari was hot and crispy. The gyoza were lukewarm and had minimal flavor. The miso broth ramen was relatively flavorless and also served lukewarm. I’m glad I tried this restaurant after driving by it for months, but I won’t be in a hurry to come back.

I never knew Roman can be made bad. I would rather rebowl my stomach acid found in my toilet with puke then ever go through this experience again. I've waited a long time to try this place and used door dash. Fyi, over priced.
