O Sushi - Hillsboro

This place is perfect for affordable conveyor belt sushi that's incredibly tasty. Their salmon rolls are exceptional, and they offer unique dishes that you won't find in other sushi spots. It's both delicious and budget-friendly. You can also place sushi orders if you prefer.

The food selection was excellent. I noticed that the items on the conveyor belt seemed to pass by me multiple times without stopping. When I finally chose my dishes, they seemed fresh. However, I prefer my sushi to be served chilled.

Oregon has plenty of sushi options, and this place is a good choice if you're looking to eat a lot without being too picky. The conveyor belt sushi means your options are somewhat limited, and the freshness can be hit or miss. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the sushi had been sitting out and didn't taste very fresh. Some of the hot dishes were lukewarm, while the cold ones were just cool. I would come back, though; the service was decent, and it’s a great spot for a quick and affordable meal.

This is my favorite sushi spot near my workplace. The service is amazing, the staff are very friendly, and the sushi is absolutely delicious. Prices are somewhat on the higher side, like most places, but it’s definitely worth it.

The service here is excellent—friendly and efficient. I really enjoy their sesame balls and crab salad rolls. However, I wouldn't recommend the version with strawberries and mango; they used a little too much mayo for my taste. I decided to try it out of curiosity, though!
