Pho Viet - Hillsboro

Found flies in my food was not offered a refund and I also threw up 20 min after leaving this place. Devastated because my boyfriend loved this place. I’m going to explain further. The server saw the fly and offered to bring me a new spoon. But then I saw flies in my actual bowl. And the lady I was paying in the front too told me she could not refund me cause she was not the owner. I didn’t even finish my food it was a full plate still as you can see by the photo. My total was 50 dollars for the experience. I don’t know if i threw up because of the food or because of how embarrassed I felt and I was hungry and a little upset yet very disappointed. 2 flies and was told no refund. That’s not right. I am a professional in customer service department and this was a very unpleasant experience.

Great food and service was fast.
