Super Tacos Ochoa - Hillsboro

As a southwest Native, I have been looking for good Mexican food, and this place filled that spicy hole in my heart. I almost want to give them a 1 start, just to keep the crowds away, but i can't. There is a reason it is called super Tacos. They are fantastic. The enchiladas are taco style in a great red sauce, and the rice and beans are great. Rice and beans is usually how you can tell if they have good Mexican food. Place is tiny and it looks to have the whole family hanging out in the kitchen cooking. The quality of the food shows it too. They have good birria tacos, dip them in the Consome, Great! The crunchy tacos had a fantastic crunch, great quality, deep fried, and they maintained that good crisp even on the last bite. Would highly recommend, will be going back.

The barbacoa family meal is perfect for a relaxed weekend, and it has a fantastic flavor. You definitely need to try the barbacoa when you visit—make sure to have at least one taco. And don’t forget, the michelada mix is outstanding!

What a hidden gem! The carnitas tacos were incredible and packed with flavor. Everything tasted really fresh. I will definitely be coming back!
