Taco Bell - Hillsboro

The 3 stars I do give for this location go only to the kid James that works there. Me and my son went for dinner and they were out of pepsi (just needed changed). I let them know being knowledgeable and accepting of the fact that they were busy at the moment. About 10 minutes later, I went to remind them and the woman behind the counter (assumingly some type of leader ...for what it was worth), tells me they are busy, didn 't have time to change it but have Dr Pepper.There were 4 people in the back and James was on break in the lobby. He realized there was an issue and went and changed it for me after his break was over. So my 3 service stars go only to James for this visit. Thank you James for doing what 4 others were unable to do/too lazy to do.

Just overwhelmed and slow but the slow warm hot food is way better than fast yucky food

Please hire drive thru attendance that know what time it is.. also hire kids that's fine But for God's sake have an adult PRESEMT to control the disreectful mouth tp patrons in drive thru pretty named ugly girl. Her mother should've taught her better.

Chalupa shells hard and very little chicken in it. The beef chalupa was the same. Shell hard and broke to pieces when I bit into it.
