The Daily Grind - Hillsboro

During our travels to the forests in Hillsboro, Ohio (Arcs of Appalachia), we discovered this charming little spot. The town itself has a delightful "Gilmore Girls" vibe in the autumn. We witnessed a lovely, generous exchange between the owners of a flower shop and a coffee shop, which was heartwarming to see. The food was not only delicious but also healthy—a perfect choice for brunch. The coffee was excellent as well. The atmosphere was inviting, making it a must-visit destination if you find yourself in the area. We enjoyed the Turkey pesto whole wheat wrap and the Byalat BLT, accompanied by sea salt chips and autumn-spiced coffee.

I absolutely love this restaurant! The menu offers a fantastic selection, and everything I've tried has always been fresh and delicious. I'm also a big fan of the coffee! The service is quick and friendly, too. If you ever have to wait for a table, it's definitely worth it!

Loved my experience here! The staff were so nice and I was allowed to bring my puppy inside with me!They offered him a treat and he stayed nice and calm during our stay. I ordered the bacon and cheese frittata and an iced caramel macchiato. Both were amazing!The space inside and outside is so cute and I can see why the local community loves it so much. We’ll be back next time we’re in the area!

Being new to the area from a city known for lots of great restaurants, I have to say that the Daily Grind is by far the best food around! Have always had great service and love the food options (creative and tasty).My husband praised the biscuit and gravy...had the perfect bite to it. My favorite sandwich is bacon jala-berry melt. I could eat it every day. The decor is charming.I wish they would open a full-service dinner restaurant.

This place is delicious! I love eating here! The pancake muffins and cinnamon roll muffins are AMAZING!
