Reason for one star is because me and my girl were sat down yesterday and while we ordering my girl wanted to change steaks cuz last time we came medium rare tasted like rubber but anyways the waitress with blonde comes rude and tells her “don’t change for anybody” yesterday, like who is she like fr and this waitress with blonde hair mid aged asked at the end of our food do we not have a cash for her tip? Yum! we were visitors this restaurant was recommended. It did not disappoint. The foods service is wonderful. Highly recommended.

This is a regular stop for our family as they have a great variety of food choices. This is a local chain and the food and service are much above the average for a mall restaurant. I personally like their pizzas, but the rest of the family likes the sandwiches except for our token vegetarian who swears by the salads. The servers are always friendly and professional. The prices are not cheap, but well worth it for the quality of the food. The beverage selection is good also.

The food here is pretty good for the area but the reason I went out of my way to write a review was based on service. I eat here relatively regularly and usually get takeout. Today I was helping my friend with her delivery orders as she had surgery. I went here 2 times today. The first I went to grab the order and was ignored by the entire staff until I started waving my arm ten minutes later and one waitress begrudgingly got the order for me. Had the beyond burger and a Deschutes Porter. Both were very good. The server was also very attentive.
