Just Subs - Hillsborough

A Hillsborough Institution. Only Subs has been as long as I can remember, and with good reason. Your subs and toppings are delicious. Many great memories from this place, from the promo weekend to just last Friday. I am a huge sandwich/sub-diner and can confidently say that these guys are doing the Beat Sub. If you are on the market for something new: cut Buffalo chicken, pepper Jack cheese (soaked or not, depends on mood) blue cheese dressing, black olives, diced cherry pepper, salad, tomatoes, onion, salt, pepper, vinegar, light on some Chipotle Mayo. I wish I could know other people's orders. This is one of the best features: the subs are so customizable. If you're ever in Hillsborough, you'll need to visit Just Subs that started everything.

The Cheesesteak California ordered and it tasted really good. Could have added more Chipotle Mayo. Muslim teen didn't know what he was doing. The teenagers around him were very helpful.

Great. Just Subs is very, very busy during lunchtime, but the staff are friendly despite the rush, highly professional and above all keep everything moving with amazing speed and precision. You have many options for different subs and sandwiches. Your bread was always brilliant. It was always a large part that would leave you fed and possibly with remnants. I enjoy her turkey and her roast beef subs. The menu is clear and easy to read and see how you wait in the line. The dining room is small but always clean with good tables and seating.

All right. I wish they wouldn't cut their bread in half length, they'll be a mess with ingredients that slip out all over the place. Probably the most creepy sub-city. If you like a mess, this is the place for you.

Best sub shop in Hillsborough. The sandwiches are great, and the soups are excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. I visit regularly.
