It's not fast food. I am a Chef and I expect pre-prepared foods heated to completion. Ya know that dried out twice cooked mess.Not here. Here,your food is cooked after your order. Could be annoying if ya in a hurry. Call 20mins ahead. But guess what. Pans were burning hot. Food fresh. Always taste like grandma loves ya so lemme throw something together"the shrimp or scallops in garlic, restaurant style, also fresh.P.S. not the biggest fan of Portuguese bbq; this place I truly am beyond satisfied Everytime. that is saying A LOT, for my palette
