Swan Thai Restaurant - Hillside

It was a pleasant experience at the restaurant! My dining companion and I opted for the banquet for two, which is hard to find these days. We decided on the beef and fish as our main dishes. The appetizers, including lettuce cups, spring rolls, fish cakes, and samosas, were all tasty. The beef dish was particularly outstanding.

The food at this restaurant lacked flavor and the service was subpar. It's not ideal for bringing children either. Unfortunately, this restaurant is essentially unchanged from its previous incarnation as Lake Caroline, with the same staff and cooks resulting in similarly poor food and service.

Had breakfast here on a Sunday morning, Every time the door the door opened received a blast of antartic breeze which did nothing for coffee,breakfast or our warmth. Felt sorry for them but it should not have been an issue.

In a great location so a shame they do not update the decor. Staff are friendly and although service is a little on the slow side it is the atmosphere that needs updating. Tables are scratched, chairs need re covering and floor needs a clean around the edges. This has been a good restaurant and with some TLC good come back to the original standard. Food is well presented and tasty.

This is a quality restaurant with excellent staff that are punctual and serve the food at perfect temperature with minimal wait time. Kudos guys.. Kudos!!
