Domino's Pizza - Hilo

No one outdoes Pizza Hut when it comes to pizza (EXCEPT DOMINO'S)!!! They have the best gluten-free crust among all the pizza chains.

The food is delicious, but the service needs to be more attentive. It seems like there's a lack of care, as evidenced by the presentation of the pizza I received. It's worth giving a try, but make sure to double-check your order before you leave.

Avoid this place! I went in this past weekend and gave them $10 gift card and put the other $5-$6 on my debit card. Well almost a week later and my card is charged $111.95 and another $34. I called them asking why and if they could refund it but the manager was not helpful at all. She wanted me to bring my paper bank statement so she could look for it but had a definite “I’ll get to it when I get to it” attitude about it. Not caring that they just charged my card almost $150 days after the fact. Then also tries to tell me they didn’t even process their sales for the day so there’s no way I was charged today. I told her I just got the notification of the charges which is why I called.
