Johnny Rockets - Hilo

I ordered the bbq burger with no onion rings and a small drink and paid $13.72. The server didn 't even ask my friend who was with me if he wanted to order, she went back to the kitchen to make what I found out to be the 3 orders before me and mine. This is the noon hour, why only one person working? Then when I got my food, there was no discernable bbq sauce what so ever, I even opened the bun infront of the server and showed her. She said it 's there . The bun was nice and so was the bacon, but the patty was small thin and dry. For the money, I could have gone to Hilo Burger Joint and gotten a much better burger with fries as well as much better service.

I bought my daughter a gift card from Yiftee to go here for her Birthday. Not only did this JR say they would not accept the card but they were extremely rude to them over it. They treated my daughter and her family terrible. This is unacceptable. Even if they couldn't accept the card they could have been polite about it. How can you have any faith in a place that treats people like this? They only get 1 star because you can't post without it, but they don't even deserve that.

Very overpriced Burger was made to perfection and actually hot, although dripping with grease, the gal who helped us really thought a lot of herself. Asked for a water, never received. Asked again, never received. But was offered catsup after ordering the burgers without catsup.

The Hilo Johnny rockets are in a food court, so there is no table service. The burgers and pommes were hot and delicious. While I enjoyed the food, the food court attitude was less than pleasant. While the prices were high compared to the other food facilities in the food dish, the burgers were great. I'm glad we have a gourmet burger connection in Hilo!

Our Cashier Breana was very nice for Christmas eve. Free refills on drinks, handmade patty for my daughters 2 slider kids meal. Brand new chain for Hilo. Come back soon. Higher prices than Mickey D's, but better quality in my opinion. The collaboration with Fun Factory is also a plus. You lose a star for the price.
