Contribuisci feedbackToday I went in and used the self checkout. Kenia was behind the counter on the phone talking in Spanish. Didn't address me, or acknowledge me, just kept on talking. Very rude. At least I found what I needed.
Couple weeks ago a car hit my vehicle and took off, and I reported it the hit-and-run Driver to the police, and when the policeman went back to the gas station to get the security camera footage The gas station refused to give the policeman the footage so my insurance skyrocketed because of a hit-and-run, and this gas station does not care for their customers
I’ve come to this location each time I’m on the island and it has really gone downhill. When I first got here a week ago I was going to buy some nachos. I opened the chips and they were out of regular cheese. I was able to barely get some of the jalapeño cheese out. Fruit flies all over and inside the toppings like the jalapeños and pico. Then today before leaving, stopped to get a couple large cups of ice. There are spots of mold in all four of the ice chutes in the fountain machines. The cashier was also rude. When I went to check out, she had me use the self checkout scanner. It rang me out for 2 large sodas, not 2 cups of ice. I told her it was just ice and she said, “well we still charge you for the cup.” I told her the cups of ice are cheaper and she just stood there looking at me like I was an idiot and made no effort to change it. So I just paid for it and left. Really disappointed.
The Staff Has Always Been Friendly And Courteous As Well As Respectful.
Tonight my friend and I went into the store to buy a beverage to celebrate St. Patrick’s day and out of habit accidentally hit the nicotine vape that is when Brian Najera approached us 2 local young females and disrespectfully said don’t smoke that in my store that is when my friend said I’m sorry for sure and he told us not to be smart and rude. Once arriving to the cash register I asked for his name because I have never been obligated to point out such awful customer service before. He than said his name was Brian , I asked “Brian with an I or a Y”, he said y, I figured he was responding to my question but Noo he was asking why I was asking and than I just continued to pay and he embarrassed my friend and I in front of other customers and raised his voice saying BYE BYE BYE get out of my store. I work in customer service and would NEVER have him running a business for me.
