The Gravity Sports And Grill

I visited 'The Gravity' on Saturday, despite being warned to avoid it. It was my first night out in Hinckley and the experience was so bad that my friends and I ended up taking a £30 taxi to Leicester. The bar staff were extremely rude and did not seem to value their customers based on how they spoke to us. The crowd at the bar wasn't the friendliest either. I would give this place 0 stars if I could, and I would recommend avoiding it if you are looking for a nice bar in Hinckley. It's also worth noting that you can't leave a review on Facebook for this establishment.

When will the women's restroom be completed? I am thoroughly disgusted, as most toilets do not have seats! There is never any toilet paper in the bathrooms!

Yeah, i really enjoyed this place. Music was really great fun, background music is the one. Had prawn cocktail was very nice and a great price. Thank you to the lovely blonde barmaid, really pleasent to talk to and great friendly smile. I enjoyed my time there for 3 hours! Will be back!

As a place to have a drink and watch a game, it's alright. Fair prices, and good TVs and a bigger projected screen. It has booths to sit in and a few tables. High ceilings and a spacious feel on a Sunday. Have not tried the rest of the menu but the carvery is not too bad, although get there closer to 12 than 2 as it dries up a bit under the hot lights. Some other reviews suggest poor service but we found them to be fine. A nice (though sweet) crumble custard. Overall have had better but if you want to watch the big match, don't be put off

Me and 8 friends came for lunch here today for a friend 's birthday. I can honestly say that it was worst meal service experience I 've ever had whilst dining out. We waited about 15 minutes to get our drinks at the bar, which would be understandable if there were others waiting but there wasn 't, seemed as though the staff were too preoccupied with talking to each other. It then took us around 20 minutes to order our food, as the person serving us had to keep leaving to go to the kitchen and take other people 's food out. Clearly a staffing issue. We waited an hour for our food before asking the waitresses for an update, the young girl that we spoke to had a terrible attitude towards us and told us that it was coming . In the meantime, there were no staff on the bar to serve our drinks as they were all in the kitchen, we waited 20 minutes for a pint of Coke. When our food eventually came out, some meals came out cold, a burger came out raw, a BLT with one cherry tomato in and 1 rasher of fatty bacon, and they 'd even put two meals on one plate?! All in all, we waited 2 hours for all of our food to arrive, not to mention the fact that we had two young children with us that we specifically asked to do their meals first. In the end we ended up sending 2 meals back and didn 't receive 2 meals at all. The meals that we did receive were below average also. We asked the waitress numerous times to speak to the manager, we were told that she was cooking our food. Once we had finished our meals , we asked to speak to the manager again and were told that she was no longer there and that they couldn 't find her?! It was clear that the young waitress was very out of her depth which is understandable which is why we wanted to speak to the manager. In the end, we all received a full refund, no apology and a very bad taste in our mouths. WILL NOT BE RETURNING!
