To make matters worse, they were unable to accommodate my request for a partially baked pizza to finish at home. About a month later, I decided to give Papa Nick's another chance and ordered their Beyond Burger online for pickup. However, when I arrived, I was shocked to find the restaurant unexpectedly closed, even though their sign indicated they were open. There were no signs of a change in hours or any notice about being on vacation. To top it off, my attempts to reach out went unanswered, leading to an unhelpful voicemail. This left me with $50 tied up in their online ordering system and no meal to show for it. These ongoing issues with poor customer service and miscommunication have been incredibly disappointing.
