Got our dozen and couldn't be more disappointed we all dove in and then proceeded to spit them out at the same time there was some kind of cleaning solution taste on our Boston creams

I'm sorry y'all but I just can't anymore ? I've gone back several times hoping for a different outcome and yet disappointment seems to be their consistency. I've gone to KK in Jacksonville, Fl and Savannah, Ga and they manage to have the same normal looking glazed donut. However, Hinesville, Ga KK always give me burnt looking donuts with hardly any icing. The donuts always look and taste like it's been made the day before. Seriously, corporate need to look at what's going on here.

This location used to be great. The drive-through speaker doesn't work, and the employees yell at you after finally taking your order after waiting 10 minutes.Recommend you drive to Dunkin Donuts for better service.

I've ordered from this restaurant a couple of times in the past few weeks, and unfortunately, both experiences were problematic. The Cinnamon Toast Crunch lacked the crunch and swirls it should have had. During our Halloween order, we didn’t receive the advertised witch brooms, and we also ordered the Halloween minis. Our DoorDash driver called us to inform us that the restaurant was out of the minis, which was fine, but after we requested a substitute since we had already paid, a staff member in the background reacted rudely, saying "oh my gosh" as if our request was a hassle. We decided to just ask for a refund instead. However, we were still charged for the minis, which required us to call the restaurant to ensure we received our money back. I understand that everyone has bad days, but unfortunately, it negatively impacted our experience. It's important that staff treat paying customers and delivery drivers with respect.

I had higher expectations. We went through the drive-thru, and the service was polite, which was great. However, when we got home and opened the box, I was let down. We ordered six bumble bee donuts and six glazed, but the bumble bees were missing their wings, and they were smaller than what was advertised.
