Mcdonald's - Hinesville

Just tha Definition of GHETTO...Kid-friendliness: It not kid friendly unless u want it kids hearing ppl curse at each other the whole time.

We had breakfast, and the biscuit was undercooked. The music was loud, and some songs were inappropriate, we were there early in the morning, and no one manning the front counter. I dont work for McDonald's and found the kiosk at the front, It took me quite a while to navigate through the menu and found if you dont ask for catsup, jelly, sugar, cream you'll have to go back up front hoping to get someone's attention to help you.

I went through the drive thru on 4/1/24 at around 445pm and was served immediately. Young lady was very friendly. Got to the second window to get my food and was asked to park. Food came out within a few minutes, no problem, or so I thought. Fries were soggy and cold, McChicken was old and dry and the Quater pounder was a broken burger when I opened the box. Mind you I special ordered the Quater pounder. If you’re going to make someone wait, make sure their food is hot and looks good.

I was praying for a hot Big Mac like we use to get back in the day. They came through and made me happy?

This restaurant doesn’t even deserve 1star!! Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes and 4 cars were done with their order and I still wasn’t acknowledged.. every time I go to this location they never get my order right or they forget something!! Yall should require an education class for your employees because they can’t even follow a simple order!!!
