Pizza Hut - Hinesville

I decided to check out this restaurant for lunch today after seeing some negative reviews. I ordered a PPP pizza with pepperoni and a Dr. Pfeffer to drink. I experienced a wait of about 10-15 minutes, but surprisingly, my pizza was ready in just 9 minutes. I spoke with the manager about the reviews, and since he's relatively new, I think it's fair to not hold him accountable for any previous issues. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and the food quality was impressive. My pizza was delicious! It had a generous amount of pepperoni considering its size, and the meal was a great deal. I would rate this experience 5 out of 5. My recommendation for anyone who has had a bad experience is to give them another chance.

I was taken aback by the negative reviews I've seen, as my experience was actually very positive. The staff member who took my order was both friendly and efficient. My food was ready in 20 minutes, which was only 5 minutes longer than I was initially told, even though the place was quite busy. The waiting area was clean, as was the restroom. I’m giving it four stars instead of five because the cheese on the pizza seemed a bit thin. I know that might sound particular, but I really enjoy a good French pizza. It seems like the oven might be running a little hot, or perhaps the cheese portion is just a bit small. Overall, though, I had a great experience and I will definitely be returning.

The Pizza Hut in Hinesville, GA, on Oglethorpe never disappoints. Everything is consistently on point and delicious. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is always clean!
