I tried to reach a specific person at Marylou's to discuss a customer service issue three times: last Monday, yesterday, and today. Last Monday, I left a message in a voicemail, but no one returned my call. On Monday, I actually spoke to someone and left a message for the person I needed to talk to, but I never received a callback, despite being told she would be in the office later that day. Today, I called a different number and reached the voicemail of the person I needed to contact early in the morning. I left a detailed message with my phone number, but it’s now late afternoon and I still haven't heard back. It seems like Marylou's isn't interested in retaining their customers. I guess it's time to find a new favorite coffee brand.

Excellent coffee spot! They offer a variety of coffee flavors and make sure to prepare your drink just the way you like it. The service was friendly and fast. The iced coffees we ordered were fantastic. It was a bit odd walking into a place that resembled an old 7-11, but once you find them in the back, the bright pink counter is hard to miss. Prices are reasonable and comparable to Dunkin’ and other coffee shops in the area. Parking is also convenient, with plenty available right in front of the store.

This coffee shop is the worst I've ever encountered. The managers are incredibly rude and often speak poorly about their employees behind their backs. It’s clear that the company does not prioritize the well-being of its staff at all.

Although the coffee is good and the staff is excellent, the high prices have become unreasonable, increasing almost every couple of months, making it no longer worthwhile.

The staff and employees are fantastic! The service is excellent, and Brianna, Siobhan, Myrah, Rosie, and Rebekah are incredibly friendly and always give their best. I would recommend this place to anyone for any occasion. These amazing women truly deserve a raise!
