Panera Bread - HINGHAM

Date of review is today: Nov. 20,2022. Absolutely, insanely inaccurate and very very poor management. We paid for two take out breakfast sandwiches each with sausage, egg and cheese, 2/or 3 weeks ago. When I got home, we found that one sandwich didn 'thave sausage oh well, we said, it happens, they were very busy this morning I went for the same breakfast order, and I toldJen, the short manager with eye glasses, who took the order at the cash register, about what happened last time and to makesure the staff preparing the sandwiches would not miss anything she said she would tell them. As I was waiting I also toldthe staff preparing the order about it. What you know? When I got home there was a sandwich without sausage, the funny or evilpart about all this, is that my wife likes her sandwich on brioche, and I prefer an everything bagel, well, they always miss thesausage on the brioche sandwich, so I am not sure if there is a streak of meanness with Jen and her staff or they are completelybrain challenged! I realized that if I didn 't choose at least a gold star, I couldn 't publish the post, so, unfortunately theyget one gold star. But Google shood give customers the ability to choose between gold stars and black holes!!!!!!!

11/2022 We dont go as often because of orders being wrong or missing items. Apple salad had sliced tomatoes instead of cherry tomatoes and small amount of chicken. Missing chips. No utensils. Hard to eat your food when your not going home and open thebag after leaving to find missing items, have to make a stop at a store to grab a box of utensils. 2020 Food was good.Broccoli cheddar soup wasn't hot, more on the not so warm side unfortunately. This locations salad was more filled then someother locations we've gone to, on multiple occasions. Sandwich was good, but the cucumbers I added to customize it were croutonsquare size instead of slice's, so I took them off and we used them in the salad.

Can't get out of their own way called ahead for 6 sandwiches and a salad an hour in advance. An hour and a half later I had the order. As usual cold and over priced. 2 stars is generous.

False advertising! As I entered the cafe there was a large sign pick 2, $7.99 . After I seated family I checked receipt. I was charged $16.78. I brought it to an associate 's attention before it was prepared. He said sorry That 's what you ordered, not ayou pick 2, thats a Panera pick2, a duet. My receipt shows you pick 2.

As a previous member of management from another time I ask the manager of the store to act as a customer and ?order? and iced coffee. You get an empty cup from the order counter with your rapid pick up You go and get iced coffee around the corner. 3more steps for sugar and a lid. Where is the cream? Oh I have to walk to the front of the store. The experience is veryfragmented.
