I ordered a coffee on my app. While I was working at 612, it became 7 o'clock. And I went to see if my coffee was ready. And asked if they were out of any ingredients because sometimes they wait till I come back for that. She said she hadn't even looked at it yet, then walked away from me( Mind you at least three people had waited in line and gotten their coffees at this point while mine still was not being worked on) So then I said OK and I left to go work and then . Around 730 i went over again and I was fully planning on canceling it because I had to leave for lunch at that point. I told her she could cancel it. She asked me whose order I was talking about when I had just talked to her like a 1/2 an hour before. I told her my name and she said oh well, you disappeared on me and I was like Well. I'm working and I waited an hour and a 1/2 for it. So at this point I just want to cancel it and then left. Am I being the A-hole for waiting an hour and a 1/2 for coffee? I feel like if You cleared all of your tickets and all your customers at 7. When I went over there and then to give me attitude and tell me it's my fault That I disappeared is the ultimate gas lighting. If she had owned up to her mistake or even said oh I forgot and missed it. I would feel better about this situation. I hate being that customer that complains, but she had no regard for me as a customer at all.
They are so short staffed, and almost every morning, there is only one employee, who tries to handle online orders, while people line up in person. She does an amazing job of staying focused, but the manager really needs to step up, and either show up when no one else is in, or hire more reliable workers. No one person should have to handle all that, cuz they are going to get blow back, and it's the managers responsibility to make sure customer service is being targeted. If you can't handle being on call to show up when a second person is needed for morning rush. Either push back opening, or show up for your workers, and help them. I have lost orders, because I had to get to work, and couldn't wait for one person to take so many orders and only be able to do so much. And I DO NOT blame the one lady that is constantly by herself on a regular basis. Wish I knew her name to shout her out, but she doesn't lose her temper at what I'm sure is plenty of upset customers waiting.
Fast, accurate, sweet group of folks running this one. The owner of this one should at least allow them to accept tips.
I preordered on the app, did my grocery shopping. Afterwards I waited near the mobile pick up station I saw my receipt there with my order, I figured they were just behind or short staffed. People were ordering and getting their coffee very quick, then after about 10-12 minutes of just standing there (being considerate that they might be short staffed) I asked one of the employees if they were still working on my order and he told me that they were “out of cold brew” he seemed very careless and annoyed, I asked to get a refund and while looking away he responded that I needed to call. A much younger gentleman who appeared he had just come back from break was a lot more attentive and helpful than the other two employees, he offered to make something similar, or to keep the receipt and claim it another time I returned to Walmart, but at this point i just wanted to leave. I was very upset because the other two employees had seen me grab my receipt and wait there for about 10 minutes. None of them approached me or asked me if I was waiting for something. These two employees have very poor work ethic and poor customer service, the way they communicate with customers is the worst that I’ve seen and experienced, they make no eye contact and are extremely unapproachable. This was my second time giving Dunkin’ a chance, both times I had bad experiences but this one was by far the worst, never again.
