I went to dinner here with my loved one and his brother. I ordered a pasta dish with jumbo shrimp and a glass of pinot noir.
In the old town center, it is not too much to look at.It is very large inside with multiple pool tables.Service was very friendly. We ordered the 48 wing tray. It comes with 4 flavour choices. We chose dill pickle, salt and pepper, cajun and medium.Medium was more like a very mild. The other three were decent. The wings were very crispy, almost over fried.
We were recommended to go to the golf course to Sweet Lou's on the Green restaurant for a good meal. We were glad we did. We like going to unusual places out of the way and this was one of those places. It was not very busy when we arrived and we were seated quickly and drink orders taken right away. Our waitress was very nice and pleasant and made us feel at home. Once drinks arrived meal order was taken. Appetizers were also delivered in an appropriate time. There was a sign when we entered saying that meals are made to order and could take up to 30 minutes to be served. We were not in any rush so that did not bother us in the least. However, the meals were served much sooner, so we suspected that it was a warning for golfers looking for a quick meal expecting a particular tee time. The food was delicious, being hot and tasty. Also, there was a very good quantity as well as quality. We did not have room for desert but did have coffee and tea and viewed the golf greens as golfers played in on the 18th hole. We would recommend this place to anyone and wish them well at the golf course.
I went to the golf course restaurant Sweet Lou's last night. We chose a table by the window overlooking the 18th hole with a beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains. The menu offers a great variety of dishes at reasonable prices. The staff is friendly and well-informed about the food they serve.
