Contribuisci feedbackI made a mobile order, the app completely flashed out after I bought the order (I have a picture showing that it took money from my account). However, as it is split, I decided to see if it has managed to load it. I called 5 times and was hanged every time. after about the 6-7 call they answered with immediate submission. I have worked for many years in customer service and understood that they could be busy, so I stayed quiet and said I apologize, I am sure you are busy, but I did a mobile job and just wanted to see if it was there. the app is split, but my bank account shows money that they didn't even ask me for my name, just told me that they didn't get mobile records. I repeated that I had proof that I had paid cash for eating and it was taken out of my account and I would like to bring it to the load as proof (I just wanted what I paid). the girl refused to conduct a conversation with me or give helpful advice or information. (how serious, you work here, not me). please do not use the mobile app and if you want to eat here, they expect the worst customer service ever. obviously they will hire everyone and it doesn't matter. otherwise the customer service would have improved.
Extremely rude staff. Had an issue with the app, called to ask for some guidance on what to do and was immediately turned away and told Not my problem, talk to my GM on Tuesday No thanks. I have never eaten at a checkers before, but I guess I won't be starting anytime soon.Edit: after looking at the reviews and seeing the overwhelming amount of people with similar experiences. I'm glad I didn't waste my time.If you're hungry, I'd suggest Steak n Shake before this place. I've never had an employee there give me attitude just because I'm confused (even after I apologized).
Fast service, so I would give 5 stars but the strawberry ice cream is never available and is my favorite item and main reason for visiting.
Absolute worst service of any Checkers within a 20 mile radius. Several people literally walked away and drove off because of the slow service lack of being served. I understand it's hard to retain people, but they absolutely ignored the people at walk up window.
This location used to be my favorite Checkers, but it seems like employees here are intentionally turning away customers. I walked up to walk up window because the line was insanely long. Waited 10 min to even be acknowledged by the cashier, only to be yelled at that I have to wait 30 minutes to even order? I asked why and they just slammed the window in my face. At least 8 employees inside all cutting up having a good time, laughing at the customers waiting. Never experienced anything like this anywhere.
