Cold Stone Creamery - Hiram

I come here all the time and literally get the exact same thing. Today the experience was not great and nothing was done to remedy the situation. The teen workers apparently don't have the customer service skill to resolve a simple situation. Oh, I was told policy changed as of today. I asked for a refund and left. They need to look up my cards and see how much I spend there. I am heading to Powder Springs to get ice-cream since my business is not appreciated here.

Most amazing flavors and selection, however, very small and always busy.

I just had the best experience Coldstone Hiram. Keith hooked me up and my ice cream was amazing!

We had a LOT of questions as it was our first visit to Coldstone and the young man behind the counter was very patient and helpful with ALL of them! Store was clean; signage looked great. We will be back. We came on a weekday after school.

I typically love this place but this last visit. I ordered online and they didn’t have the original flavor I wanted and then they didn’t have partial of the second one I chose. They didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience. I ended up using my $5 off on something I didn’t even want. No refund or credit towards my account. Just disappointing with the customer service.
