Ichiban Buffet - Hiram

Lunch is definitely the time to go. I was now for lunch and dinner. You always forget to stamp my card, but whatever. At least they're clean. Although lunch remains in stock and fresh food. Dinner not so much. Kept out of everything. Price was different every time, which was strange. But still love this place for lunch.

The buffet is not huge, but it is delicious. Everything is super well seasoned and kept very fresh. The selection of sushi is actually quite large and is also really good. The service was great and the prices were fair. In any case, this place will add to our rotation.

Had a late lunch today and wasn't here in a while. The food was fresh and delicious as I remember. Coconut shrimp is great. Small but varied choices. About all a good experience

Great space for California roles. I look forward to my next visit between working dates. Can be visited earlier!
