We visited ihop at 1. Plenty of seats but 4 parties were waiting. The waitress was running. They didn't have the popular home fries that I'd been wanting. Then they limited napkins. The manager was more worried about having napkins than all of the menu foods, as he said only 4 napkins. I believe the manager had some learning to do. I will give them another chance, even though 2 people was almost $50.

We waited 20 minutes for drinks and then another 40 to get a refill. And the. She couldn’t figure out how to separate the checks when we said we were paying separately and I had to buy the food for everyone at the table because she can’t work a computer.

We were pleasantly surprised by our experience here the other night. We hadn't been in awhile because the late night service was questionable after COVID, but that has clearly changed. Our server, Melissa, was attentive and made sure we felt welcomed and had everything we needed before we even realized we needed it. She was friendly and efficient and made all the difference from our past few visits. We will definitely be back soon!

The experience was great. The customer service was spot on. The food was fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was warm, friendly, and clean.
