Longhorn Steakhouse - Hiram

It has been five years since I have set foot in this location and it will be longer until I return.(see previous review on google). the service here is simply awful. as stated in my previous review, all the servers do is rush you. it makes the night out miserable. stop trying to flip tables and take care of your guests and allow them to enjoy their time their.

Had another great meal at Longhorn. I love their quality of steaks. We go to Texas Roadhouse and Longhorn fairly often. We love them both. But, even though Longhorn is a little more expensive, the steak quality is better. Much more tender. Texas Roadhouse is just different. Different flavors and seasonings and it’s a very casual atmosphere. Longhorn looks like more upscale and much better to bring a date to. The only criticism that I have for Longhorn is, it’s very loud and noisy. By looking at the decor and lighting, you’d think it was more intimate, it’s just kind of loud on busy nights. But, I wouldn’t let that deter you from going, because T.R. is much louder, always! The sides and appetizers are awesome! I highly recommend the stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer. My favorite sides are the brussel sprouts. They are not what you’d expect. I highly recommend going to Longhorn. Every steak is awesome! Kid-friendliness: They have adequate accommodations for children. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, the aisles, etc., for wheelchair access.

For the amount of time I wasted to get someone to seat me and for how long it took for my food to come out I could have driven to the one off Charles Hardy Pkwy and been done eating by the time my food came out. I was literally there a whole hour before my food even came out. Never coming back to this location again
