This place is the BEST. Today my lunch order was ruined by door dash so bad. Called Mellow mushroom and not only they offered to refund my money but they actually re made the order for me to pick it up later and bring it home to my family. Greatest folks ever. 1 million stars . Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My daughter and I dined in on Friday night. Our server was Zachary. Normally the service is GREAT!! Zachary wasn’t “bad” but he was slow to check on us and I had to ask for refill on water and where my cocktail was bc 15 mins went by and it still hadn’t made it to the table. Once it did we enjoyed dinner I order one more cocktail and an extra sauce for my daughter he brought the sauce back quickly but never pre-bussed the table. After another 10 mins or so we were done eating. So I asked if the drink I order was coming he was very nice apologized that he was still waiting on the bartender to make it. The bar had three guests sitting at it and restaurant is half full at best. So while our server was nice no one tonight seemed to be moving with any kind of purpose. We’ll try again another night see if service improves.
