O'charley's - Hiram

Visit the city. Our initial choice was unavailable, so we ended up at O'Charley's. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Our server, although young, was very friendly and efficient. It was a busy Saturday evening, and our food took a little longer than expected, but that was to be anticipated. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

Hirams has new staff members, and while my Prime Rib was satisfying, some of my fellow birthday party guests had to send their plates back for something else. The drinks were poorly mixed and not enjoyable at all. O'Charley's really needs to have this staff trained properly, including both the kitchen and the bartenders.

I had a wonderful experience today! The food was excellent, and the service was incredibly friendly. Our server, Sheila G, was fantastic. She recommended the Drunken Hare holiday drink, which was both fun and delicious. We really loved it!

I and my husband went through and decided to order TOGO and wow what a wonderful experience. Our server Trish had all set us up to enjoy our meal on the go and make sure we had everything we needed!! Love this place and will definitely be back!!!

Excellent food and service. I honestly don't know how it could have been any better. Our server, Nadia, was attentive and courteous. She handled our large group with grace and made us feel like we were the only ones in the restaurant. When I ordered my Southern Pecan Chicken Tender salad (delicious! , she knew the menu well enough to ask about the Bleu cheese crumbles, and the extra dressing miraculously appeared about 45 seconds after I asked. She definitely earned a good tip, and my family will be requesting her section from now on.
