Tsugaru No Sakedokoro Watami - Hirosaki

Honestly, I didn't know anything about Aomori food apple until I first visited (the prefecture and) this place 5/2022. Great. With friends after their wedding... good quantities, good price, cozy with enough privacy, little wait for the food, much and much sake to choose; really enjoyed comparing the taste. Here I discovered how wonderful Aomori is local cuisine! I'd like to come back...

The Japanese menu made it hard to order, but the staff was super helpful. I ate like a king! Sushi was so fresh. Beef and onions were so delicious! I'll be right there when they were opened for dinner and they're busy. The menu is handwritten so google translate not working. I'm open to all Japanese foods so they could have brought me something. I also created a changeover. Great experience!

This place is amazing! The food is inexpensive, varied and uniquely delicious. The actual extract is however its selection from the environment, try to try after a tasting flight, 3 cups at a time. I am very reluctant to try 'amaguchi osusume' for sweet, 'karakuchi osusume', for dry, and my personal favorites the 'nama muroka genshu bakuhatsu aji' for a variety of flavors from all the aomori area. While the menu is in Japanese, you can literally show and shoot and it will be good. Staff were incredibly well-known, thoughtful, friendly and willing to work through cultural and linguistic barriers to provide one of the best culinary experiences I can remember. I can't recover this place very well enough! 10/10, will go back as soon as possible!

Classic Aomori Food. Service was great and dishes well prepared

We found this place on google, and it didn't let us down. The service and the food are amazing, the price is way more cheaper than in Tokyo, and the cuisine are very local and tasty. There's only one thing you have to be aware of, they do not provide english version of the menu nor the picture of every dish, thus, you need google translate to help u.
