The gas house to the brain is with about 500 years the oldest existing gas house in the brain maple. old is not old-fashioned, but friendly, nice, courteous. we have schinitzel and cordon bleu ordered today, everything was super delicious. the natural, regional cuisine in a historical and comfortable atmosphere is a motivation to come back here. absolutely recommended!

The house was renovated in a few weeks and opened new chef. on the homepage in front of the site is that a state-tested gastronomy and master chef has accepted the restaurants with many years of experience in the best houses of the Rhine-Teear circuit. Although on Sunday at least 8 reservations had to be made at the beginning of the service, there were 2 main dishes not complete as they were on the map. because the map is manageable and also reservations were available, this is a little strange. an alcohol-free cocktail was/can not be served as shown on the map, as this ingredient was no longer present, but was only communicated to demand. the salat (as main dish) was ind. the green leaf salad with salat from the day before and easily recognizable. summa summarum: because there are high prices (e.g. currywurst with soße, pommes rucola 12,50 euro) and a renowned chef are very disappointed about the organization and quality of eating. .we would have expected on all the more professionalism.
