Mimi's Deli - Hixson

I went in to order take home lunch. I had 3 lunches to order, when I got home, one sandwich was missing. I called in, they were already aware of the omission. We all make mistakes, it?s how the mistake is handled that makes the difference. They apologized profusely and offered to remake the entire order, so they would all be warm and fresh. I am very satisfied with their response and will remain a happy customer. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Liz, she was apologeticand thankful for my understanding. I wish her continued success in her business. GOOD FOOD ALSO

We have loved this place since we found it but?.. the last few times we?ve gone, after the price increase, the amount of onion rings in the basket is smaller and the amount of meat on the steak sandwiches seem reduced. I can understand increasing prices but don?t do both.

Best sandwiches in Hixson at reasonable prices! The fast food in the area charges more, feeds you less, and tastes worse than going to Mimi's. If you're craving a burger, fries, hotdogs, a cheesesteak, a ruben.... COME TO MIMIS! If you don't have time to wait, order ahead. It's well worth it!

There food was fresh ,Wish if they would've salted the onions and pepper little bit more for there cheesestake little bit pricy but you can tell there food is fresh
